Yes it has rained in some places and none merely a few kilometers away.
No rainfall patterns, as scientifically predicted we have extreme events.
Dalby wettest period in 120 years, where as other areas absolutely nothing.
Challenging to say the least for productive agriculture for ether extremes.
And residents return in droves
