A BIG WELCOME TO SPECIAL FELLOW CONTRIBUTORS : 'ALBERT & MRS COX'
To join me at the GOONDIWINDI LIBRARY 10.00 am to launch my latest publication.
The print publication launch to join the already released ebook version combination of:
Photography-Nature Recordings-Recitals-Poetry
Makes perfect sense to include Graeme and Virginia, because they not only penned this book
foreward together, but Graeme's drawings are scattered throughout my previous books.
Virginia is a constant sounding board to many of my concepts as the book has taken shape.
Virginia is also our 'Tech Wizkid' for flash playing around of concepts.

How many people do you know share what they are really feeling? How many people truly encourage us to think about who we are and how we can be true to ourselves? How many people when you meet them really care about your story? Hamish Holcombe does.
Once again Hamish takes us on a journey in Book Five where we are inspired by the stories shared by those he has met and experience the sights and sounds with beautiful photos and footage. Hamish has embraced technology so we not only see but now hear.
You are probably thinking that there is smellavision and taste testing but Hamish’s evocative descriptions leave us in no doubt what the smells and tastes are. We are wondering what Book Six will bring!
Like previous books (if one can call this a book…more like an experience) Hamish gathers together lots of ‘f ‘words - Friendship, Facts, Feelings and Fun. We see connections, observations as Hamish courageously shares with his heart and soul.
This experience is not for the Faint hearted. We are challenged to look beyond ourselves. We are challenged to think and act after we have read and looked. We are challenged to think but not over think. We are challenged to seek approval of ourselves and not rely on the approval of others.
Hamish also provides a time for us to go beyond our own comfort zone in creating this awareness. We once again, share the heartfelt losses in Hamish’s Family (and the Olsen Family). Hamish has had to recreate himself and has found ‘relief in sharing’ and as readers and friends, we benefit from this
Thank you Hamish for helping us to navigate the World in a positive and honest way. Thank you for helping us to ‘ease our inner peace’ as you yourself endeavour to do this.
Enjoy rejuvenating your soul with the poems, the places we visit in photos and sounds and the people we meet.
And as Hamish says, “worry not what you bring to the table”. Keep sharing and caring.
Thank you Hamish for your lifelong friendship. You, Gerda and your Family continue to be an inspiration to us.

“Life’s connections few, too rare to be ignored
Every opportunity they are to be explored”
and remember…
“Vanilla is not a colour of Life”
Thanks Hamish!
